Intern – Events Management and Operations

From mid-September 2023 – mid-February 2024 (CIP internship 6 months)

FULL TIME PAID INTERNSHIP (€1300/ month)

Do you have an eye for detail and a flair for organisation? Do you get satisfaction from working behind the scenes to make events run smoothly? Do you want to work in a multinational team where personal initiative, creativity and passion are valued and put into practice? Then join our team!

We are seeking an energetic quick learner to become our new intern and provide operations support and contribute to the office management.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the organization of events (both on and offline) and travel arrangements, and helping the Regional Office run smoothly. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in other aspects of our work, depending on your interests.

Profile: Candidates should have an interest and/or (volunteer) experience in events management and office management as well as an interest in SRHR work, human rights and development.

We particularly welcome applications from people who represent communities who face exclusion and/or particular difficulty accessing their sexual and reproductive rights.
