Architects of Cooperation (Full time)

One based in Central Asia

One based in the Balkans

Starting asap

Are you skilled at supporting NGOs in diverse contexts and geographical settings? Can you build relationships while remaining objective on performance? Do you love spotting opportunities and connecting different types of civil society organisations within and across borders? Are you passionate about  keeping a relentless focus on ensuring the health and rights of those most excluded by our societies? So in one role you’ll bring either your experience in humanitarian (preparedness and/or response) work, particularly in the context of working with migrants and refugees, and in the other a solid knowledge of budgeting and financial management, along with a track record on strengthening organisational systems/processes. You’ll be fluent in English as well as Russian (for the Central Asia position) or a Balkan language (for the Balkans position).

We particularly welcome applications from people who represent communities who face exclusion and/or particular difficulty accessing their sexual and reproductive rights.
