We’re looking for an Architect of Cooperation (AoC) , based in Central Asia. This position is to ensure that IPPF adds value to the work of IPPF Member Associations (MAs) and Collaborative Partners (CPs) and increases their impact for the people they serve.
As an Architect of Cooperation (AoC), you'll serve as the primary contact and desk officer, collaborating closely with IPPF Member Associations (MAs) and Collaborative Partners (CPs) as well as key stakeholders in select countries to bolster their development efforts. Your role will revolve around project and contract management, amplifying support for ongoing and upcoming initiatives. In other words, this new exciting role is for someone who is ready to be enabler and partner of our Member Associations (MAs) and Collaborative Partners (CPs).
The candidates interested in the position should be passionate individuals who are well informed about the state of sexual and reproductive rights and marginalized populations in Central Asia region. We are looking for someone who can bring our MAs and CPs in the region closer so they push for a progressive change and counter repressive tendencies which are on the rise. The candidates should be skillful in organizational development, budgeting and financial/grant management. Needless to say that AoC should facilitate a successful and sustainable SRHR change based on good governance, transparency and upholding to democratic values.
Proficiency in English, as well as Russian, is a requirement.
