International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is a global sexual and reproductive health service provider and one of the leading advocates for universal access to sexual, reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for all. We are a worldwide movement of 149 national organizations working with and for communities and individuals and, together, have delivered more than 1 billion cumulative services over the last 6 years.

Governance, Accreditation and Safeguarding Advisor (Grade E)

Do governance standards rock your world? Can you bring your experience of safeguarding and risk management to strengthen our Member Associations? Are you able to interweave diplomacy and persistence to achieve goals? Then join our team!

Leading our work on accrediting IPPF Member Associations in Europe and Central Asia, you will bring knowledge and experience of standards and certification systems and be a passionate advocate for how accreditation supports organisational development and compliance and underpins the delivery of programme excellence. You’ll bring your experience in safeguarding, governance and risk management to support Member Associations in these key areas. You’ll collaborate closely with global and regional colleagues to ensure best practice approaches as well as feeding into global Communities of Practice.

Supported by the global Safeguarding and Incident Management team, you will also be responsible for the regional adaptation and implementation of globally agreed safeguarding activities and initiatives and training.

We particularly welcome applications from people who represent communities who face exclusion and/or particular difficulty accessing their sexual and reproductive rights.
