IPPF EN offers salaries and benefits which are competitive, benchmarked against the not-for-profit sector in Brussels. Below are some of the benefits you can expect when you join IPPF EN:
1. Salary
The monthly salary is paid 12 times a year and a 13th month paid in December. The holiday pay (0.9/month) is paid in May.

IPPF EN pays 5% of the total gross salary (no personal contribution)

In your first year, you will receive 22 days of annual leave, increasing by one day each year to a maximum of 27 days. The office is also closed between Christmas and New Year.

In addition, our flexible working structure draws on the importance of a work/life balance with limited fixed office hours and the possibility to work from home two days/ week.
