Call for Expressions of Interest: Final Evaluation of IPPF EN CERV Project 2022-2025
IPPF European Network is seeking experienced evaluators to assess our 4-year CERV-funded programme advancing gender equality and sexual and reproductive health and rights across the EU.
What we're looking for:
- Knowledge of participatory, feminist evaluation approaches and causal pathway analyses methods
- Proven experience evaluating SRHR and gender equality programmes
- Expertise in policy/advocacy evaluation
- Experience working with European civil society organizations
- Alignment with IPPF values
Key information:
- Budget range: €20,000-30,000
- Timeline: July-November 2025
- Deadline for EOI submissions: June 3rd, 2025 (CEST)
- Project scope: Activities in 23+ EU countries (2022-2025)
